The rp2vip Platform is designed and operated to serve players in Indonesia, particularly English-preference users across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, and Palembang. By accessing rp2vip, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing this Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction of residence.
You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are acting as principal and not as agent on behalf of any third party. Persons acting under legal disability or guardianship are not eligible to register on rp2vip.
You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement — whether placed through rp2vip or through any third-party responsible gambling service — that would prohibit or restrict your participation in online gambling activities.
Each Player may register and maintain only one active account on rp2vip at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rp2vip reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP for Indonesian nationals or passport for foreign nationals), a valid and personal email address, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rp2vip will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. rp2vip is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable account security.
rp2vip applies mandatory KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. KYC may also be requested at any time during the account lifecycle, including for account status reviews and large transactions. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
rp2vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Minimum e-wallet deposits may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Bank transfer deposits typically reflect in your rp2vip Account within a few minutes during normal banking hours. Processing times may be longer during national holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, or Nyepi) or due to banking system maintenance. rp2vip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or issuing banks.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal processing takes 1–24 hours after approval; Gold-tier Loyalty members benefit from expedited same-day processing where available.
rp2vip publishes realistic processing estimates and does not guarantee instant withdrawal for all transactions. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review, particularly for transactions above certain thresholds, first-time withdrawals, or transactions to a recently changed payment method. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.
rp2vip does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. rp2vip is not responsible for any such third-party charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account is denominated in a currency other than IDR.
rp2vip offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified on each promotion's detail page. Wagers placed on excluded games — such as certain low-edge table games unless explicitly stated otherwise — do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
rp2vip actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: wagering at minimum risk to satisfy requirements, coordinated play among multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of welcome offers through repeated registrations. Where bonus abuse is identified, rp2vip reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.
The rp2vip Loyalty Program operates on three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with points accruing on real-money wagers only. Points earned on Bonus Fund wagers do not count toward tier advancement. Full Loyalty Program terms, including tier thresholds, earning rates, and benefit details, are available on the Platform. rp2vip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program with 30 days' notice.
All games available on rp2vip — including football betting (bandar bola: online football bookmaking), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer casino, slot games, crash games, and table games — are operated using certified random number generators or real-time live dealing. All RNG-based game outcomes are generated independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
Once a Wager is confirmed and accepted by rp2vip, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. In the case of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or clearly erroneous odds, rp2vip reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the stake to the Player's Account. rp2vip will notify affected Players via email in such circumstances.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on rp2vip. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of placing a Wager. rp2vip reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, including for the purposes of risk management.
Mix parlay (accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian Handicap) wagers carry higher risk than single-match betting. Players are encouraged to review our Responsible Gaming guidance before placing complex multi-leg bets.

rp2vip strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or events outside our control (including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action). rp2vip is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during any such period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp2vip's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rp2vip expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic losses, even if rp2vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rp2vip is not liable for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service provider — including payment processors, game studios, or verification services — integrated with the Platform. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
rp2vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:
rp2vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp2vip holds its gaming license. Players accessing rp2vip from Indonesia acknowledge that the primary service relationship is governed by the licensing jurisdiction's laws, not by Indonesian domestic law.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and rp2vip, the Player must first contact the rp2vip support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. rp2vip commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution specified in rp2vip's licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
